President of Turkmenistan approved a new order of exportation of the petrochemicals

According to the press-service of the head of the state, Mr Niyazov approved the order of exportation of the petrochemicals from the country. It is aimed at the perfection of the selling these to abroad through the auctions at the commodities and raw materials exchange of Turkmenistan, of the control over selling of petrol, chemicals and petrochemical, and also regulating of the system of settlements for the goods sold out.

This decree , in particular, determines:

- the procedure of the exchange auctions connected with selling of the oil-and-gas industry production;

- the list of the production to be sold through the stock exchange auctions.

The decree also enables the complex of oil refining factories “Turkmenbash”, the state-owned groups “Turkmenneft“, "Turkmengaz", “Garabogaz” to conclude additional agreements to sales contractson petrochemicals according to the approved order.
