Red and yellow iron oxide pigments from

The working results obtained by specialists of Ukrainian Research and Development Institute of building materials and articles revealed that red and yellow iron oxide pigments that have been manufactured by open joint-stock company "Sumyhimprom" (Ukraine) for many years may be used in building material industry as well. The approval tests of calcareous brick, concrete tile and concrete flagstone, produced with addition of yellow and red pigments, allowed to make the conclusion about their (pigment) fitness for these materials dyeing. In the near future Ukrainian building material companies will launch the pilot batch of brick, tile and flagstone, where these dye-stuffs are used.
