Zirax Signed Distribution Agreement for Green Ocean Innovative Oil Spill Response Solutions

International company Zirax and Dutch company Green Ocean signed distribution agreement for innovative absorbing solutions for oil spills prevention and response. Zirax will distribute Green Ocean products in Russia, North Africa and Near East.

Under the Agreement Zirax will provide leading oil companies with unique Green Ocean absorbents which absorb 3-4 times more oil than any alternative product in the market. Because Green Ocean absorbents are made of mineral fibers, oil can be squeezed and material reused, without harmful contamination of nature.

Zirax is the second largest supplier of synthetic calcium chloride pellets (94-98%) globally and one of the leading suppliers in the Eastern Hemisphere.

Zirax current production facilities are located in Russia - Volgograd city and in Perm city. Zirax calcium chloride pellets (96-98%) are manufactured via synthetic HCl and limestone and are certified under Kosher and Helal certificates, as well as E509 certificates for food applications.
