Shchekinoazot (Russia) Introduces Ion Exchange Membranes

For more than 40 years  Shchekinoazot JCS stays the only producer of Heterogeneous Ion Exchange Membranes in Russia. Production is based on  purification technology of high quality domestic resins.

In May 2006 JCS Shchekinoazot restarted production of МА -41I, МК-40L and МА-41IL membrane models which are going along with the traditional MA-40 and MK-40 models.

Membranes МА-41IL and МК-40L are reinforced with lavsan fabric which makes it possible to use them in acid and corrosive environments. One very important feature of МА-41I membranes is high electrochemical stability. The company use special resin with iso-porous structure with distinct physical pores that helps to wide the areas of membranes use.

Effective combination of МА-41I with МК-40 membranes helps to conduct process of separation and concentration in various food processing and industries areas.
