Svetlogorsk Khimvolokno to take part in «ZINK-2006»

Svetlogorsk Khimvolokno intends to participate in «ZINK-2006», an international conference to be held in Bulgaria on September 11-12, 2006, for studying zinc market conditions and prospects in Europe.

The conference is targetted at a wide range of issues which are to the current interest
for manufacturers, traders ahd consumers.

Svetlogorsk Khimvolokno (Svetlogorsk, Belarus) is one of the largest fibers manufacturer in  Belarus. The product portfolio of the company includes: polyester yarns and  technical fabrics, viscose cord fabrics and textile yarn, carbon fibre materials and sorbents, polypropylene nonwoven and woven materials and zinc oxide.

Since launching a zinc oxide regeneration unit in early 2006, the company has succesfully been selling this product both at the home market and abroad.

Zinc oxide is widely used in production of zinc, zinc white, and zinc sulphate.
