The largest PE solid wall pipe extrusion line in China

The largest PE solid wall pipe extrusion line in China , has recently had a successful test-run in the Shanghai Jwell Machinery Co., Ltd plastic pipe equipment workshop, the company's news service reports.
 
Facing the high-temperature weather, short date of the delivery, higher-technology requirements and heavy-production tasks, Jwell staffs did do a perfect job to satisfy their customers. They finished all the projects, from designing to producing, within the required delivery date.
 
Meanwhile, the whole set of the PE solid wall pipe extrusion line is made by the company itself, independently from others. It can product the pipes, whose caliber has amounted to 1.2 meters. This is a remarkable progress, after last year the company produced the 1000mm PE solid wall pipe extrusion line (the first one in China).
 
It is reported that, Shanghai Jwell Machinery Co., Ltd has had the ability to produce 1.6 meters solid wall pipe extrusion line. By the way, since the new technology is used  (co-extrusion with 2 extruders), the extrusion lines can produce different thicknesses pipes, also, users can adjust the materials of the pipes if they want.
